A meteor is heading for the planet. Chyma - a small, determined bell — is the only one brave enough to enter the ancient temple that might hold the answer. Using the power of the Rungback, create a Reverb - an echo of yourself that replays your exact movements in real time - and use it to solve puzzles, outsmart enemies, and uncover the story of his people.

As Lead Programmer, I was responsible for the core technical systems that bring the game to life, from the enemies that chase you to the lighting that sets the mood.

My Contributions

  • Built AI systems for the game’s three enemy types
  • Designed and implemented dynamic lighting across all five temple areas
  • Wrote the custom shader used for cutout effect as well as general art direction

Gameplay

  • Solve 30+ puzzles across five unique areas
  • Create a copy of yourself to be in two places at once
  • Outsmart guards, move balls, avoid lasers
  • Uncover hidden artifacts that reveal the temple’s history
  • Dynamic music that reacts to the environment as you play
